Meet Jeri Magg

Celebrate the launch of Jeri Magg's latest book, Remarkable Women of Sanibel & Captiva with a champagne meet and greet.  Signed books will be available for purchase and make a great holiday gift.

Jeri Magg, author and historian, published "Historic Sanibel and Captiva Islands - Tales of Paradise," in November of 2011. With sales of more than 1000 copies in less than a year.

Her second book "The Remarkable Women of Sanibel and Captiva" is due for release in November of 2016. In this book, Jeri tells the stories of many of the women who made history on Sanibel and Captiva, from the first Calusa woman who "supposedly married" Pedro Menendez in the 1500s to the current city manager who helped salvage the islands after Hurricane Charley.

Jeri, a tour guide at the Sanibel Historical Museum and Village, keeps busy telling "tales" about the island and its people.
